this hotel has so much potential, but felt like my suite was a relic from the past. the abysmal cleaning meant I encountered insects—lovely surprise, right? tempting pool photos do not prepare you for the lack of a proper restroom or showers. a welcome gift would’ve definitely put me in a better mood, but alas, nothing. I just couldn’t recommend it.

The room was nice, but could do with a hefty clean-up, eh? The pool area was lovely, though, very peaceful and well-kept. Best bit was the friendly staff, they were canny helpful! Just wish the bar service was faster, like, especially during busy times.

The room I stayed in felt dated and not aligning with the four-star standards, especially with dirty carpets and poor furniture condition. Water pressure in the shower? Forget about it. it took ages to rinse off. I encountered issues with cleanliness too. the presence of ants reinforced that the housekeeping service needs a serious upgrade. the bar service by the pool was slow, and it felt like I was often waiting an eternity just to get a drink. And let's not even talk about the WiFi—a real bummer for getting anything done. Not to mention, the location, while scenic, can be a hassle without a car if you want to explore the area thoroughly.
